About this herb
Hemp Seeds Hearts, Unprocessed.
Hemp seeds also called hulled hemp “hearts,” is considered a superfood due to their high protein content and abundant health benefits. It is also a natural source of fiber with a nutty flavor, sometimes likened to that of pine nuts.
Hemp seeds serve a variety of ways to be enjoyed, they can be blended into smoothies or pesto, but are often enjoyed raw as a tasty snack or roasted for added crunch however they can be used in baking goods, on salads, as a gluten-free substitute for croutons, sprinkle on top of cereals a coat for sautéed chicken.
Our Hemp seeds can germinate in water to make hemp sprouts.
You may even cold-press them to create your own hemp oil.
Hemp seed has many benefits and a high concentration of essential fatty acids. It contains the amino acid arginine.
