Shipping & policies
Free USA shipping on orders $35+. Everything is hand packed, so here is exactly what to expect.
Shipping
Orders are processed 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday. Closed weekends and major US holidays.

We do our best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee them — actual delivery depends on the shipping method chosen.
Customs & import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Returns & exchanges
Not accepted — these are food-grade items that cannot be restocked after preparation. We make exceptions for orders we got wrong.
Held and cancelled orders
We cannot store an order indefinitely. Orders not shipped within 30 days incur a $36.99 per week storage charge, and a 10% restocking fee applies to orders cancelled after being held for shipping.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and will never share or sell your information with anyone. We use it only to process your order or, if you have asked us to, to tell you about our products.
Common questions
Why can't I return an herb?
These are food-grade items, and the shop takes its sanitation process seriously while preparing orders. Once an order has been prepared it cannot be restocked, so returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If we made a mistake with your order, that is a different matter — tell us and we will put it right.
What does “farm grown” mean?
Planted and cared for naturally — without harmful chemicals or lead-based soil. Carefully harvested, stored and packaged to maintain freshness, and handled with workflows designed to prevent cross-contamination.
What does “wildcrafted” mean?
Harvested in fields where they already grow naturally, without harmful chemicals. The soils are naturally fertilized, and the herbs are carefully harvested, stored and prepared in a USDA certified organic facility.
Do the photos show exactly what I'll receive?
Not exactly. Most photographs are staged for display or closely zoomed on the herb. Herbs are a natural product and colour varies from batch to batch, so please read the full description before buying. If you are unfamiliar with an herb, we encourage you to do your own research rather than deciding from the photo alone.
Can I order wholesale or bulk?
Yes — most items are available wholesale and in bulk, and there is a dedicated bulk shop, SKBULKHERBS. Use the wholesale inquiry form for pricing.
Can you source an herb that isn't listed?
Often, yes. Sourcing requests are a normal part of how the shop works — send us the details.
Do you gift wrap?
No, but if an order is a gift we can send it without the packing slip or pricing. Say so when you order. Custom and personalized requests — just ask.
When will my order be processed?
Orders arrive 24/7, but the workshop runs 9am–6pm Monday to Friday, closed weekends and major US holidays. An order placed during working hours begins processing the same or next day, and ships 3–7 business days after.
Orders placed after 6pm Friday or over the weekend begin processing on Monday — or Tuesday if Monday is a US holiday. If we are running late we will usually contact you. Please allow 7 business days before chasing a shipping confirmation.
