✔ Marshmallow Leaf Tea (Cold or Hot Infusion): Cold Maceration Method: Add 1 teaspoon of dried marshmallow leaf to 1 cup of cold water and steep for 4–8 hours. Hot Infusion: Use 1 teaspoon of marshmallow leaf per 8 oz (1 cup) of hot water, steep for 10–15 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
