“This seller is the most ridiculous person I've encountered on this site. Not only was my packaged delayed the first time because they didn't properly cover the label, leading to damage, they didn't even contact me about it and I had to inquire. This led to my client not getting her order in time for a 3 month trip to Europe. Then, I finally get the order and one of the items was unsealed, leading to a third of the product being lost in the packaging. I contacted her, sent photos and she had the nerve to tell me repeatedly to send photos of the actual package after I told her I stored everything away and only wanted a partial replacement for what was lost. Why she can't properly train her staff and communicate the difference between an unsealed package versus a sealed package is beyond me. Buy elsewhere.”
