About this herb
Shilajit resin powder.
Deep in the Himalayan mountains is found a dark brown resin from ancient plants, the resin hardens when the snow melts and the sun warms the earth. The resin is then hand-harvested by certified local farms and prepared for sale. This resin is known as Shilajit, which means "conqueror of mountains and destroyer of weakness" or "rock invincible" in Sanskrit. Shilajit is known as a super adaptogen, with a very high concentration of iron. It is high in Fulvic Acid with up to 85 ionic trace minerals for greater nutrient absorption.
Our Shilajit is harvested from very high altitudes of the mountains to reduce soil contamination and ensure purity. Our resin is lab tested, grounded to powder, and dried at low temperatures to preserve the potency of the Shilajit powder.
FUVIC ACID: The percentage of Fuvic acid in Shilajit powder is subjected to the grade of the Shilajit resin, based on the altitude and location the resin was harvested from, and whether the powder is 100% ground Shilajit resin (powdered), or a powdered extract of Shilajit resin. Our 100% Shilajit resin powder contains 40% Fuvic acid on average.

Dosage: Pure 100% Shilajit is very potent, a little goes a long way. Add 1/2 tsp daily to nut milk, milk, smoothies, ice cream, fruit, and water.
