Acerola Cherry powder.
Acerola powder is extracted from the tart small red fruit of a Caribbean shrub commonly called Barbados cherry. This fruit is known to be one of the most abundant source of natural Vitamin C. Acerola powder can be encapsulated, or added to your favorite smoothie, juice, fruits, vegetable, etc.
Serving: The typical serving size of acerola powder is 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (roughly 3 grams or 1 heaping scoop), usually taken once daily mixed into water, juice, or smoothies. It is a highly concentrated source of Vitamin C, up to 850mg (over 900% Daily Value) in a single tsp serving.
Key Considerations for Usage: Start Small: Due to its high vitamin C content, it is often recommended to start with a smaller amount (e.g., 1/4 teaspoon) to assess your tolerance.
