Licorice, also known as European licorice and common licorice, is an herb and spice in the legume family, produced from the rhizome of the plant.
Licorice roots are used for chewing, making tea, and flavoring liquors, beer, and homemade soda. Licorice root may also be added to Asian soups.
Our Licorice root sticks are raw, real sticks, not manufactured. Sizes will vary, and no two sticks are alike.
