About this herb
Pickling Spice.
Our pickling spice blend contains no salt, but is a rich mix of the traditional yellow mustard seeds, black peppercorns and bay leaf, plus dill seed, ginger, allspice, coriander, clove, chili pepper and cinnamon to lend heat, savory flavor and sweetness. For superb and diverse flavors, use to marinate meats before roasting, to preserve fruits and vegetables, eggs, olives, course, cucumber pickles, salad dressings, or tomato sauces.
NOTE: Store in an airtight container away from heat and light.
